I’ve always had a deep love for food, but my journey with gluten sensitivity has made dining out a bit of an adventure. With family members who have celiac disease, I’ve seen firsthand how tricky it can be to find reliable gluten-free options at restaurants. I’ve spent years searching for trustworthy resources that could help me navigate the world of gluten-free dining, but I often found myself feeling frustrated by the lack of reliable, or up-to-date information. That’s when I realized: if I was struggling with this, others must be too.
So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and start a blog to share my experiences and insights. Combining my passion for food with my background in tech, I set out to create a space where gluten-sensitive folks like me can find honest, trustworthy reviews of gluten-free restaurant options.
